With 18 years of professional experience spanning various domains in IT and Cybersecurity, I am a seasoned leader well-versed in driving organizational success through the strategic deployment of technology. My extensive background includes working with renowned industry leaders such as Hitachi Vantara, Western Union, Deloitte, Ernst & Young, as well as providing consulting services to both federal and state governments, as well as Fortune 500 companies. Additionally, I had the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of Recondo Technology, a software startup operating in the healthcare industry.

Throughout my career, I have excelled in overseeing all aspects of cybersecurity, IT operations, and application development. One of my key strengths lies in effectively leading large, global teams towards achieving strategic objectives. By leveraging my expertise in technology deployment, I have successfully driven innovative solutions and initiatives, ensuring the protection and security of critical data and systems. I possess a deep understanding of industry best practices, regulatory compliance, and risk management, allowing me to develop comprehensive strategies tailored to the unique needs of organizations.

During my tenure at Hitachi Vantara, I gained extensive experience in managing complex projects on a global scale. By collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, I successfully delivered cutting-edge solutions that drove operational efficiency and optimized cybersecurity measures.

At Western Union, I played a pivotal role in enhancing the organization’s security posture and mitigating risks through the implementation of robust controls and the development of incident response plans. Notably, I had the privilege of leading the Security Operations Center (SOC) at Western Union, where I oversaw the monitoring and response to security incidents, ensuring the swift identification and resolution of threats to the organization’s infrastructure.

During my time at Deloitte, I provided strategic cybersecurity consulting services to state governments, assisting them in developing and implementing comprehensive security frameworks and strategies. In particular, I focused on establishing DevSecOps practices, integrating security into the development and operations lifecycle of applications and systems. This approach allowed organizations to build secure and resilient systems by design, reducing vulnerabilities and enhancing overall cybersecurity posture.

Similarly, at Ernst & Young, I focused on providing cybersecurity consulting services to federal government agencies and Fortune 500 companies.
